friendly staff birthday surprise sewerage smell unusable jacuzzi

the staff were friendly and were really good, they even gave me a birthday surprise..

the jacuzzi on our balcony smelled of sewerage when i turned on the jets. it was totally unusable. the beachfront room was also directly beneath the main restaurant so it was an early start every day due to the noise.

breakfast view clean pools uncomfortable bed pool atmosphere

the breakfast had a fantastic view. i especially enjoyed the packaged coffee. the shuttle service to terminal 21 was convenient (it ran every 30 minutes). there were several clean pools on the hotel.

the bed was very uncomfortable. i have never laid in such an uncomfortable bed. the pool area lacked atmosphere. dishes were left out for hours without being cleaned.
